Madagascar, a film by Bastien Dubois, is a journey through Africa. Very few films, let alone short films, succeed in capturing a culture that is so rich, but this film does it with much ‘drama.’ The film takes the viewer on a biopic journey and shows everything that had caught the eye of the storyteller. In the case of Madagascar, the eye of the storyteller captures a range of cultural gems that, again, very few filmmakers can claim to have captured with so much depth.
