Plastic and Glass, by Teesa Joosse, is a film documenting the process of separating and recycling the waste from what we consume. It shows how tedious the process is and how much of a routine people live in. This film is accompanied by a song made by the steady rythmic sounds of the recycling center and the workers’ singing about their work. Plastic and Glass opens your eyes to how much we consume and the byproducts of those products. Overall, this film has positive a feel while still portraying its message: we waste too much.
